Positive Coaching for Growth

All of our coaches and instructors follow the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance, focusing on fostering growth, confidence, and collaboration. Our staff is dedicated to helping individuals build skills, enhance self-esteem, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship in every activity. Our sports curriculum is carefully designed to suit the developmental needs of each age group, emphasizing key learning outcomes across mental, physical, and emotional aspects of sports.

Sanctuary Sports has basketball programs to meet everyone’s needs. For kids looking to learn the game, Sanctuary offers a Youth Development Basketball Program. Our facility house is home to two regulation, suspended maple hardwood courts programmed for a variety of leagues, camps, and clinics.

FLAG FOOTBALL

Sanctuary’s youth flag football program is designed to teach players the technical skills and fundamentals of the game while promoting positive growth and development. Open during the spring and summer seasons, our program offers a range of training options, including group instructional classes, private lessons, and competitive team play. With experienced coaches leading the way, players will develop both the mental and physical aspects needed to excel on and off the field. Flag football is a fast-paced, strategic sport that enhances agility, footwork, coordination, and teamwork—valuable skills that translate seamlessly to basketball and other sports. Whether players are looking to sharpen their athletic abilities or simply enjoy an exciting outdoor activity, our program offers the perfect blend of skill development, competition, and fun under the sun.
