Our fitness services are available to both Sanctuary members and non-members. Members enjoy full access to our Fitness Center, which includes state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights, cable machines, and a variety of group exercise classes.

Our certified professionals specialize in various areas, including strength and conditioning for athletes, speed and agility, Pilates, yoga, kettlebells, powerlifting, and more. Burn calories and enhance your cardio endurance with Ride! Sanctuary’s cycling classes provide an intense, high-energy cardio workout using top-of-the-line Schwinn Authentic Cycling Performance Plus™ bikes with Carbon Blue™ technology. Our Schwinn-certified instructors will guide you through a challenging and exhilarating ride. The Ride studio is equipped with 24 bikes, mirrors to help you track your form, and an elevated instructor platform to ensure every rider enjoys a front-row experience.

Provides a similar tension to a bike chain for a real road feel.

Triple Link™ Pedal Compatibility

Pedals can accommodate most cleats to simulate outdoor climbing. Pedals can be converted to snap-in locking clips for regular athletic shoes.

Practicing yoga is a great way to calm your mind, improve focus, and boost balance, flexibility, and overall body strength. At Sanctuary, we offer a variety of group yoga classes and private lessons to accommodate all experience levels. Our certified yoga instructors will guide you through proper posture alignment, yogic breathing techniques, meditation, and more. We provide yoga mats and accessories, including blocks, blankets, and straps, ensuring you have everything you need to deepen your practice in our fitness center.

Mat Yoga

Reduce stress and increase your energy while improving strength, balance, and coordination in our mat yoga classes. Classes include vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, Himalayan yoga, and more. Yoga mats and yoga accessories (blocks, blankets, and straps) are available for your use in the Fitness.
